In turns reviled as evil and sought after as oracle, there are few things which elicit such a deep and profound range of reactions the way a deck of tarot cards can. But what is the truth behind the glamour? How does the tarot work, and who is empowered to use it?
There are many ways to approach the cards, and this immersion course in the Foundations of Transpersonal Tarot embraces the tarot as a symbolic language through which the Universe and the wisdom of the Unconscious can communicate with us. From a this perspective, each of the 78 cards of the tarot represents an aspect of the soul’s journey to wholeness, an interplay of light and shadow, of growth and challenge. These powerful archetypes express deep and multilayered energies, and through the mechanism of synchronicity, they provide incredible insight into ourselves, our situations, and the evolution of our souls.
Foundations of Transpersonal Tarot is perfect for beginners, while providing an enriching experience for those with a background in tarot as well. In this six session comprehensive program, you will learn the history of the tarot and trace its evolution to the modern day, explore the symbolic keys that unlock the language of the tarot, journey deeply through each of the 78 cards from a transpersonal and Western esoteric perspective, engage in unique and experiential exercises which will help you to transform understanding into wisdom, and teach you how to integrate everything you have learned in order to use the tarot as a transformational tool in service to yourself and others.
