Trancing the Inner Landscape – DVD and Trailer

Greetings All!

I am pleased to announce the general release of my latest project, in conjunction with the Sisterhood of Avalon and many talented sisters.

Trancing the Inner Landscape: Avalonian Landscape Postures DVD allows you to embark upon a Spiritual Pilgrimage to Sacred Sites in the Glastonbury landscape through a series of shamanic trance postures that emulate the unusual and alchemical features in the Avalonian countryside. Inspired by the work of Felicitas Goodman and her students, I developed this posture system in 2003. Along with background information and detailed instructions, the DVD features beautiful film footage and still photography of the landscape feature which inspired each posture. As a bonus,the DVD contains an audio track of trance drumming to accompany you on your journeys. It is truly a feast for the eyes, the body, and the spirit.
