When women center in our wisdom, we know that gathering in community isn’t a frivolous indulgence … it meets a soul-deep need for authentic connection, replenishing our strength as we work to reclaim our power. As structures that foster inequity begin to fail around us, women are choosing a different way forward — one founded in care and mutual respect for ourselves, for each other, and for the living world around us.

Since time beyond memory, women have gathered together in circle, sitting in rooted relationship with the land. We worked through hard questions together and held each other up through hard seasons. This pattern never truly ended… and this September, in Charlton, Massachusetts, we will continue with its weaving at Ninefold Festival.

In our time together, we will explore, create, and learn in the light of day, and engage in deep ceremony and inspired song beneath the stars at night. We’ll dance and drum, make art and music, strengthen old friendships and forge new ones — and consider what it might look like to set ourselves on a different path forward, as women have always done. Together.

I am pleased to be presenting: Kindling the Cauldron: Brewing the Songspell of Inspiration

Join us for an immersive evening of sacred chant, drumming, and movement as Jhenah Telyndru guides us in a bardic ritual of song to kindle the catalytic fires of our inner cauldrons. Bring your voices, your percussion instruments, and your desire to open yourselves up to the flow of Awen—Divine Inspiration from the Cauldron of Cerridwen. A bardic sharing circle, co-facilitated with Maddi Jabin, will follow the working: we encourage you to bring your songs, instruments, poetry, stories, and other forms of expression to share!
